WEDDING BOOKINGS

To utilise our service at your wedding please contact the office no later than 3 months prior to your wedding date.

During this initial contact we will discuss the various packages we have to offer and inform you as to the availability of your wedding date.

Before contacting us please have some idea of minor details surrounding your day. For example it is not much good phoning us if you have yet to decide on a venue.

Details we will require from you include:

• Date of Wedding

• Name of Bride & Groom

• Ceremony Location

• Reception Location

• Proposed location where childminding is to take place

• Name and contact details of a Co-ordinator

CO-ORDINATOR'S ROLE

The Co-ordinators role will be the most important role of all regarding organistation of the childminding service at your wedding. Please ensure the person appointed this position is both organised and reliable. 

It is also prefered that the Co-ordinator have access to the internet if possible, enabling them to receive regular written correspondence from the Director of the service throughout diffferent stages of the organisation process. 

• Liaising with the Director of Ladybirds & Dragonflies Childminding Service on a regular basis

• Ensuring all guests recieve information regarding the package being offered at the wedding, with contact details and information on how to book their children into the package (we will provide this documentation to the Co-ordinator for distribution).

• Collecting the funds from each of the parents booking their child into the package. Payment will be required a week prior to the wedding date.

• Parents of the Bride or Groom

• Grandparents of the Bride or Groom

• A bridesmaid or groomsman

•  A close friend or relative of the Bride or Groom

It is recommended that the Co-ordinator appointed not be the bride and/or groom of the wedding

BOOKING PROCESS

• Contact office to confirm date availability

• Pay $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your wedding date

• Co-ordinator will be posted service information to be distributed to wedding guests

• Wedding guests will contact Ladybirds & Dragonflies Childminding Service to book their children into the package being offered at the wedding

• Three weeks prior to the wedding date, bookings will close & final details will be forwarded to the Co-ordinator

• Co-ordinator will collect payment from guests and forward to our service no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date

Throughout the entire process, Co-ordinators with access to the internet will be able to keep track of all guests that have booked their children into the package through a secure password protected page on this website, available only to them for viewing.

PAYMENT

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required upon confirmation of date availability for all wedding childminding service packages.

• Co-ordinator will be informed of final details three weeks prior to the wedding date and will collect payment from parents utilising the service. Co-ordinators will then forward payment to Ladybirds & Dragonflies Childminding Service no later than 7 days prior to the date of the wedding.

•  NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY TEAM LEADERS ON THE DAY OF THE BOOKING
