RECEPTION PACKAGE Children at a reception? It has already been a long day for young ones, and they can sometimes become bored, tired and cranky during the reception of a wedding, just when you want to let your hair down and party! Let our experienced staff carers assist you with our reception package tailored just for the children. Our staff carers will provide fun activities and games for the children to engage in for the duration of the reception as well as their own special activity bag to take home. Supervision for up to 7 hours is included within this package giving you plenty of time to enjoy the celebrations. Our reception package is childminding within the reception room, unlike our complete package the care of the children takes place within the same room as the parents. An additional table will be required specifically for the use of the children which will be decorated and setup as part of our services. Your child must be over the age of 6 months to be included in this package. It is essential that all children who will be using this service are booked in prior to the event to enable us to organise the correct number of staff carers, and age appropriate activites for the children involved.  Terms & Conditions *Bookings are to be made a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the required booking date *Childcare ratio to be adhered to at all times is 1:5 (depending on age of children) *50% non refundable deposit payable once booking has been confirmed * Payment required in full 1 week prior to the required booking date *Minimum 6 children required to book this package *Children must be a minimum 6 months of age to be included in this package |
