GROUP CHILDMINDING

Our group childminding service is available to those large family events that require the care of more than five children simultaneously.

Our staff carers will provide supervision for large groups of children including games, activities and entertainment. With a range of optional extras available and the ability to tailor your own package, you can be ensured that your event or function will be a success.

To ensure the safety of all children, staff and attending guests, it may be necessary for one of our management team to conduct a risk management plan prior to the booking taking place at the venue location.

To allow Ladybirds & Dragonflies Childminding Service the necessary time to arrange your group booking we ask for a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to the booking date.

Examples of when you may want to use our group childminding service

• New Years Eve
• Adult party - when children are not invited
• Large family events; including weddings, birthday parties
• If wanting to share the cost of care and combine children into a larger group rather than organise individual care providers for each family
