Why do your fees seem higher than other agencies/private sitters? We often receive this question. It is all comparative, our fees may seem higher than other agencies or private sitters however you need to make comparisons not by the $ value but by the agency value.

We expect all of our staff to undergo an extensive recruitment process prior to joining our team which includes:
Why Do I Need To Pay A Booking Fee? To ensure our organisation continues to operate at a high standard of care it requires financial contributions to assist with new technology, cost of training and personal development courses for staff, and other miscellaneous items that help us to continue to operate on a day to day basis. Why Can I Not Source A Carer Through Your Organisation Then Utilise Them Privately? Due to the extensive process that we have each staff carer undertake to join our team, we feel it would be disrespectful to both our organisation and the carer to then recruit them privately for your own individual needs. We are providing a high quality service to a vareity of families not just your own; should you wish to recruit your own private carer we suggest that you search the internet or undergo your own recruitment process, reference checks with an individual that is not employed by our organisation. My Children Adored The Carer You Sent, Can We Request Them Again? Yes, you have the option of requesting the same carer for subsequent bookings, our online booking form allows you to request a specific carer, or alternatively you can mention you would prefer a specific carer when making your booking via phone or email.
Can I Provide A Tip To My Carer? Yes, if you feel your carer went above and beyond or did something that warranted an additional payment you are more than welcome to pay a cash tip to them at the completion of the booking. Please note this is NOT a requirement when using our service.
How Can I Pay My Invoice, Why Does It Need To Be Paid Upfront? Payment of fees can be made via direct deposit into our bank account, credit card over the phone or by money order. We ask for pre - payment on all bookings to ensure our staff are paid for the work that they complete. Unfortunately there are still clients that prefer to receive a service and not pay afterwards therefore we now have a pre-payment policy on all bookings. This is not negotiable. |
