Complete Package Our staff carers will create a 'party' atsmosphere for the children, decorating the room* and providing activities for the children including their own special activity bag which they can take home. Including supervision for up to 7 hours the complete wedding package is just what you are looking for when not wanting those little ones around allowing you to enjoy your 'adult time'. To enable Ladybirds & Dragonflies Childminding Service to provide this package at your wedding we do require a seperate room to be made available for use. This room can either be within the same venue as your reception, a family member's home or a room within your accommodation facility. Organising this package does take some time and we will require a minimum 6 weeks notice if wanting to utilise this package on your special day. *subject to venue conditions
Terms & Conditions *Bookings are to be made a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the required booking date *Childcare ratio to be adhered to at all times is 1:5 (depending on age of children) *50% non refundable deposit payable once booking has been confirmed *Payment required in full 1 week prior to the required booking date *Minimum 6 children required to book this package *Children must be a minimum 1 year of age to be included in this package *Separate room must be made available to utilise this package *All children must be collected from the agreed upon area by the designated time |
